Guard Rails

Guard rails in a warehouse are safety barriers designed to protect personnel, equipment, inventory, and structural elements from collisions involving forklifts, pallet jacks, or other moving machinery. Typically made of heavy-duty steel, these rails are installed around high-traffic areas, walkways, racking systems, loading docks, and sensitive equipment zones.

Their primary function is to absorb and deflect impact, preventing damage and reducing the risk of injury. Guard rails are usually painted in high-visibility colors like yellow to enhance awareness and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.

Key Features:

  • Durable steel construction for impact resistance

  • High-visibility finish for increased safety awareness

  • Modular design for flexible installation and expansion

  • Anchored to the floor for maximum stability

  • Helps separate pedestrian walkways from vehicle zones
